Your party can be made up of friends, family, coworkers, or anyone else you’d love to share the experience with.

You are welcome to invite additional guests beyond the minimum.

STEP 2 — CHOOSE YOUR DATE

Once you’ve gathered your group, submit a party inquiry with your preferred date and any important details about your event.

Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend reaching out early—especially for weekends and popular dates.

Please note: Your date is not officially reserved until your required booking deposit has been received.

STEP 3 — PICK YOUR VIBE

Tiny Tattoo Parties are centered around curated, pre-drawn tiny tattoo designs.

Before your party, your guests will receive the available design options and any applicable guidelines so everyone has time to choose their tattoo.

STEP 4 — SEND YOUR GUEST LIST

As the host, you’ll help keep the party organized by collecting the names of your tattoo guests and making sure everyone understands the booking requirements before the event.

Each guest will be required to complete their own client paperwork and agree to all tattoo policies.

The host is not responsible for another guest’s tattoo or payment. Each client is responsible for their own appointment, paperwork, payment, and aftercare.

Being the host is easy! Your main job is to bring the people and the good vibes.

Please make sure you:

♡ Meet the 8-person minimum

♡ Help communicate party details to your guests

♡ Make sure guests arrive on time

♡ Ensure each guest completes required paperwork

♡ Make sure guests understand the tattoo policies before the party

♡ Communicate any important changes to your guest list as early as possible

Is there a booking fee for private tattoo parties?

Yes. Private tattoo events require a $150 private event booking fee to reserve your date and bring the Lia Lane Tattoos experience directly to your location.

This fee does not go toward the cost of your tattoos. It covers the additional time and expenses involved in traveling to your event, transporting equipment, and having an assistant available to help your event run smoothly.

Think of it as the fee that allows me to pack up the studio and bring the tattoo experience to you!

Is the $150 booking fee refundable?

The private event booking fee is non-refundable once your date has been reserved, as your date is being held exclusively for your party and travel/event preparations begin in advance.

Does the host receive anything for organizing the party?

Absolutely! I want my hosts to feel appreciated for bringing everyone together.

Host perks include:

• One complimentary tiny tattoo for the host with the booking of a private tattoo party

• The option to choose a theme or customize the vibe of your party

• Priority booking for future private events

Your job is to gather your girls, pick the playlist, and have fun. I’ll take care of the tattooing and the logistics!

Can my guests split the $150 booking fee?

Absolutely! The booking fee can be divided among your guests however you choose. It does not have to come out of the host’s pocket.

For example, if you have 10 guests, that’s only $15 per person toward bringing your private tattoo experience directly to your event.

Why is there a private event fee?

Private events require additional time and preparation beyond a regular studio appointment, including travel, transporting equipment, setting up and breaking down, and assistant support.

The $150 fee allows me to offer private events while still giving each guest the same professional, organized tattoo experience they’d receive in the studio.

All tattoo clients must:

♡ Meet the studio’s minimum age requirement

♡ Provide valid identification when required

♡ Complete all required consent and intake forms

♡ Be able to provide informed consent

♡ Follow all tattoo preparation and aftercare instructions

♡ Follow the studio’s placement and design restrictions

TIMING

Please have everyone arrive on time and ready for their appointment.

Because tattoo parties involve multiple guests, late arrivals can affect the schedule for the entire group.

DESIGN CHANGES

Tiny Tattoo Parties are designed around the available party flash collection.

Significant custom design requests may require a separate custom tattoo appointment.

PLUS-ONES

Because tattooing requires a clean and controlled workspace, the number of non-tattooing guests should be limited.
